We used our down time during the COVID days to tweak our Live Printing department from the bottom up. Before we knew it, we began booking several live events that ended up being a huge success. Screen printing is an artform, and it takes time to master. The detailed precision of pulling a squeegee is what always attracts groups of attendees to the Red Bird Booth. Not to mention, our team consists of friendly, personable artist that eat, breath and sleep screen printing. We are always thrilled to provide insight on how apparel is made locally. HOW LIVE SCREEN PRINTING WORKS
our team is here to make live printing at your next event easier than ever.
The 1st step is to give us a call or shoot us an email. Let us know when and where your event is. Although our shop is based in Raleigh North Carolina, we're able to travel across state and out of state with our mobile printing setups. Even during peak season, we're able to provide our services at multiple locations.
The 2nd step is figuring out how many customized garments you'd like us to print on site. Generally, quantities are based on the hours of the event and a rough estimate on how many guest plan on attending. In our hometown, Raleigh, so far live printing has been popular at conventions, concerts, schools, churches, sporting events and much more. We've printed as many as 1000+ custom shirts on site with a 3-4 press setup, but what makes it all possible is our personable group of fun, hardworking team members.
The 3rd step would be submitting the design(s) you'd like us to print. We're able to print up to 4 colors or 4 different designs on our mobile printing presses. We also have custom pantone colors available to ensure everyone gets a detailed quality print.
Lastly, once we receive your designs, we will send detailed mock ups of your design(s) on the shirt color and style of your choice. Live printing with Red Bird is not only insanely fun, but will leave a lasting impression on those attending.
